Every 40,000 km for City, Civic and HR-V CVT models. Many owners skip this thinking CVT fluid is 'lifetime fill' — it isn't. Old fluid causes the classic judder at 30–40 km/h. We use Honda HCF-2 or equivalent-spec fluid. Cost: around RM 180–250.
Worn engine mounts — the most common cause on GN/GM City (2013–2022). The 1.5L L15B engine generates noticeable torque reaction, and the lower torque mount tends to wear first. Cost: RM 150–250 per mount. We'll check which ones are soft first, so you only replace what's needed.
Yes. The K20C1 turbo engine needs the correct 0W-20 full-synthetic oil and shorter service intervals (around 5,000–7,500 km). We understand the K20's requirements and won't treat it like a standard Civic. Service including OEM oil: around RM 300–420.
No. Malaysia's Block Exemption rules allow independent workshops to service cars under warranty, as long as the correct fluids and OEM-grade parts are used and records are kept. We stamp your service booklet and provide a full invoice.
