1. About us

This website is operated by 4M Carcare Auto Service Sdn Bhd, an independent car repair workshop in Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur. We are not an authorised dealer of any car brand; brand names are used only to describe the vehicles we service.

2. Services & quotations

Information on this website is for general reference and may change without notice. Any price shown or given before inspection is an estimate only. We will inspect your vehicle and provide a quotation, and will seek your approval before carrying out any chargeable work.

3. Appointments & bookings

An online booking is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your details are sent to us via WhatsApp, and your booking is only confirmed once we reply to confirm the date and time. Please arrive on time; if you need to reschedule, let us know in advance.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and may change with parts and market costs. Payment is due upon collection of the vehicle unless agreed otherwise. We may hold the vehicle until payment is settled.

5. Warranty

Parts we supply carry a warranty of approximately 3–6 months depending on the part, covering defects in the part or our workmanship under normal use. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, modifications, or parts supplied by you. Please keep your invoice as proof for any warranty claim.

6. Refer & Earn programme

Under our referral programme, the referrer and the new customer each receive a reward (e.g. RM30) when the referred friend visits us and pays for a service. Rewards are verified using the car plate number and paid out after the service is completed. We may change, suspend or end the programme at any time.

7. Reviews & testimonials

Customer reviews shown on this site are synced from our verified Google Business listing and reflect the opinions of the individual reviewers.

8. Limitation of liability

We carry out work with reasonable skill and care. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues arising from existing faults, parts supplied by you, or matters beyond our reasonable control.

9. Third-party services

Our forms open WhatsApp to send your message, and the site uses third-party services (e.g. Google Maps, hosting and analytics). These are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
