We use your data to: contact you about your booking, provide quotations, share inspection and repair results, give safety alerts, handle warranty matters, and administer the Refer & Earn programme.
3. How your data is sent & stored
Our forms do not run a server database — when you submit, the details open in WhatsApp and are sent to our business number. We keep service and referral records to serve you and meet our business and legal needs.
4. Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only as needed to provide your service (for example with parts suppliers or your insurer), or where required by law.
5. Third-party services
This site relies on third parties that have their own privacy policies: WhatsApp (Meta) for messages, Vercel for hosting, Google for Maps, reviews and basic analytics, and Featurable for displaying Google reviews.

Under the PDPA, you may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by contacting us. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer process your booking or service.
