Within warranty, the dealer is advised. Out of warranty, we're more worth it — dedicated European-car diagnostics, 20-year techs, genuine/OEM-grade parts, more affordable than the dealer.

We always quote before any work and never add items without your okay. You can get a free inspection first so you know the issue and cost before deciding.
Yes. Parts come with a warranty, the length depending on the part (typically around 3–6 months), confirmed at the time of repair.
We use genuine or equivalent OEM-grade parts — quality assured. We won't use cheap, unbranded parts.
Depends on the job. Minor service, battery or tyre changes are usually same-day; for bigger jobs we'll tell you the estimated time when we quote.
Yes. We offer a pre-purchase inspection covering engine, gearbox, chassis, electronics and accident signs to help you decide.

If it's steady (not flashing), you can usually drive slowly to us for a scan; if it's flashing with vibration, please stop and contact us. We recommend a computer diagnostic to find the real cause.
