F10: 225/55 R17 or 245/45 R18 (M Sport). G30: 245/45 R18 or 275/35 R19 (M Sport). Many come with Run-Flat Tyres. Malaysia tyre cost RM 350–800 each. RFT option available for all sizes — adds RM 50–100/tyre over standard.

For the 5 Series we recommend Michelin Pilot Sport 4 or Continental PremiumContact 6 — both handle Malaysia's mix of smooth highway and rough secondary road well. Avoid budget tyres on a 5 Series; the car's weight and speed capability puts higher demands on tyre structure than economy brands can safely handle. Bridgestone Turanza T005 is a good mid-range alternative.
