Toyota Fortuner Oil Leak — Common Sources

Fortuner diesel oil leak sources (most to least common): turbo oil feed banjo bolt O-ring, turbo oil return line gasket, valve cover gasket, camshaft seal, crankshaft rear seal. Turbo oil leaks are particularly serious — oil misting on the turbo body at high temperature can cause smoking or fire. Look for oil smell from the engine bay, blue smoke under acceleration, and oil streaks on the underside of the engine. Address immediately: turbo oil line repair RM 100–300, valve cover gasket RM 200–350.
