Yaris Wheel Alignment — TNGA Platform Precision
Yaris XP210 is built on Toyota's TNGA-B platform. The platform has tight suspension geometry that is sensitive to alignment changes from road impacts. Check every 20,000 km. Misalignment on the light Yaris causes tyre feathering (sawtooth wear pattern visible when running a hand across the tyre tread). TNGA suspension also benefits from wheel balancing at every other alignment check — vibration above 100 km/h in a small car is quickly noticeable. Cost: RM 80–110.
