S-Class runs large, wide tyres: 245/45R18 to 275/40R20 depending on variant and wheel size. Run-flat tyres (MOE) are standard on many S-Class variants — these must not be replaced with standard tyres without also replacing the TPMS sensors and updating the ECU.
