Case 1 — S350 L W222, 118,000 km: Rear-left sits low overnight, AIRMATIC warning
Owner parked overnight and found the car sitting low on the rear-left corner each morning. XENTRY AIRMATIC scan: rear-left height sensor reading off-spec and rear-left air spring pressure loss detected. Leak test confirmed rear-left air spring bladder failure. Rear-left air spring replaced. Height sensor also found corroded at link — replaced and coded. After repair, AIRMATIC holds height overnight with no drop. Total cost: RM 2,200.
Case 2 — S560 W222, 84,000 km: 9G-Tronic judder and V8 startup rattle
Two complaints: low-speed gear judder and a brief metallic rattle on cold start (first 2–3 seconds). XENTRY: no critical faults. ATF was original factory fill — 84,000 km with no record. 9G-Tronic full ATF flush with MB 236.15. Timing chain tensioner also showed stretch on XENTRY camshaft data — tensioner replaced. After work: judder gone, startup rattle resolved. Advised 10,000 km oil change going forward. Total cost: RM 3,200.
