Case 1 — GLE 400 W166, 104,000 km: AIRMATIC compressor failure + rear-right spring
Owner noticed car was sitting noticeably low on the rear-right and the compressor was audible running for several minutes after startup. 'AIRMATIC Visit Workshop' on instrument cluster. XENTRY: rear-right air spring pressure loss confirmed, compressor output pressure below spec (87 bar vs minimum 100 bar). Both rear-right spring and compressor replaced together (cost saving vs two separate visits). Height sensors tested — all within spec. Total cost: RM 7,200.
Case 2 — GLE 350 V167, 58,000 km: 9G-Tronic judder + rough idle
Customer complained of two separate issues: judder in stop-go traffic on pullaway, and rough idle especially on cold morning starts. XENTRY: no active faults, one historical P0304 (cylinder 4 misfire — resolved). ATF: original fill, 58,000 km, slight burnt smell. Intake carbon inspection: 1–2 mm buildup on all 4 intake valves. 9G-Tronic ATF flush and walnut shell carbon clean performed in the same booking. Both issues resolved. Total cost: RM 1,600.
