Mercedes-Benz GLE Service Schedule Malaysia — W166/V167 ASSYST
W166 GLE uses fixed 15,000 km intervals; V167 uses ASSYST Plus adaptive scheduling. MB 229.51 (5W-30) or 229.6 (0W-20), ATF every 40,000 km, AIRMATIC check annually. Full guide for Malaysia.
GLE uses ASSYST Plus. Service A and B same definition as all other Mercedes. For V8 GLE variants, cap oil changes at 10,000 km in Malaysian conditions. AIRMATIC health check should be added to every annual service.
Every 10,000–15,000 km
- Engine oil + filter (correct spec for engine)
- ASSYST reset; tyre check; brake pad check
- AIRMATIC: listen for compressor run time, observe ride height at all four corners
Every 20,000–30,000 km
- Air filter, cabin filter, brake fluid check
- 9G-Tronic ATF condition check
Every 40,000–60,000 km
- Spark plugs, 9G-Tronic ATF flush, brake fluid flush
- Carbon inspection (GDI engines — 4-cylinder, V6 and V8 all GDI)
- AIRMATIC full health check: pressure test, sensor values via XENTRY
Every 80,000–100,000 km
- Transfer case and front/rear differential fluid check
- AIRMATIC air springs: inspect for cracking or sagging — replace if any sign of failure
