ASSYST Plus on CLA works exactly the same as on A-Class. Service A = oil change; Service B = oil + filter + brake fluid + spark plugs + multi-point inspection. Cap at 12,000 km in Malaysian urban use. Never let it reach zero.

The ASSYST Plus service indicator on modern Mercedes-Benz calculates remaining oil life based on driving conditions — not a fixed mileage. In Malaysian city driving, Service A typically appears every 10,000–13,000 km. The indicator must be reset after every service using a diagnostic tool — a simple trip reset does NOT reset ASSYST. Never ignore ASSYST warnings: a missed Service A means driving with degraded oil and a known-live timing chain tensioner concern.
