Case 1 — RU 2017 with AC not cold at 110,000 km
Owner had refrigerant topped up twice at other workshops — kept losing cooling within weeks. We found a micro-leak in the aluminium condenser (stone chip damage). Condenser replaced (RM480 inc. labour), refrigerant recharged (RM130). Problem permanently resolved.
Case 2 — RV 2023 engine mount vibration at 35,000 km
Owner noticed vibration at idle and a knock when shifting into Drive. Two front torque mounts were soft — manufacturing tolerance issue, not abuse. Replaced both mounts (OEM-spec, RM420 inc. labour). Vibration completely eliminated.
