BMW 3 Series Air Filter Malaysia — F30/G20
F30/G20 uses a single panel air filter — replace every 30,000 km. OEM Mann or BMW original filter. Malaysia workshop cost RM 80–150. Air filter access is from the top of the engine bay on both generations.

Dirty Air Filter Effects
A clogged air filter reduces airflow to the N20/B48 turbocharger, causing the DME to reduce boost pressure and throttle response. Fuel economy drops 5–10%, and turbo lag increases noticeably. In Malaysia's dusty highway conditions, we recommend checking the filter every oil change.
