BMW 1 Series CBS Reset Malaysia
1 Series CBS tracks oil, brake fluid, brake pads, vehicle check, microfilter. Reset each via ISTA or iDrive menu after service. Simpler system than 5 Series — fewer additional items. Malaysia ISTA reset RM 80–120. Compact car CBS easiest to manage of all BMW models.

- Engine oil: mileage + time counter
- Brake fluid: 2-year counter
- Brake pads: wear sensor
- DCT fluid NOT tracked by CBS — manual 40,000 km interval
CBS on 1 Series — Simple and Accurate
The 1 Series CBS is the most straightforward in our BMW range — fewer systems to track. It reliably alerts you to oil, brake fluid, and brake pad service needs. The one item CBS does not track on M135i/M140i models is the DCT gearbox fluid — set a phone calendar reminder for every 40,000 km. Everything else on the 1 Series can be managed through CBS monitoring.
