BMW 1 Series uses DOT 4 Low Viscosity. CBS indicator change at yellow. Replace every 2 years regardless of mileage. Smaller system = less fluid, lower flush cost RM 130–180. Malaysia heat accelerates moisture absorption in brake fluid.
