Toyota Harrier Battery Replacement Malaysia (Petrol & Hybrid)
Petrol uses S55D23R; hybrid adds a 12V auxiliary battery. A dead 12V prevents the hybrid system from starting.
Harrier 12V battery (both variants): 55Ah–70Ah AGM battery. Malaysian heat shortens lifespan to 3–4 years. The hybrid variant absolutely requires a healthy 12V battery — a flat 12V prevents the entire hybrid system from starting.

- Recommended: Varta Silver AGM or Bosch S5 AGM — correct spec for Harrier's electrical load
