Subaru BRZ Fuel Injector Service Malaysia
The Subaru BRZ FA20 and FA24 use a D-4S dual injection system with both port and direct injectors per cylinder. The direct injectors are subject to carbon deposits at the tip over time, while port injectors help keep intake valves clean. Injector cleaning or ultrasonics testing is recommended around 80,000–100,000 km if symptoms such as rough idle, hesitation, or uneven power delivery appear. Using quality RON 97 fuel and regular fuel system additives helps keep injectors in good condition. Never use low-quality fuel on the BRZ's performance injector system.
