Real cases from our workshop: (1) C27 80,000 km — S-Hybrid idle-stop stopped working, lithium auxiliary battery degraded, advised dealer replacement. (2) C27 95,000 km — CVT shudder at 50 km/h, NS-3 fluid darkened, full CVT flush resolved shudder after 300 km. (3) C27 70,000 km — left sliding door slow and grinding, track debris cleared and lubricated, operation restored. Serena C27 Full Service + CVT Flush — Kepong
A family Serena C27 S-Hybrid at 65,000 km came in for a full service. CVT fluid was dark and slightly burnt — consistent with 65,000 km of family-loaded highway use. Performed double CVT drain-and-fill with Nissan NS-3, engine oil (0W-20), both cabin filters, brake fluid flush, and front/rear brake pad inspection (fronts at 40%, rears at 60% — no replacement needed yet). Sliding door tracks were lubricated. Owner reported noticeably smoother acceleration after CVT service.
