Mitsubishi Pajero Sport OBD-II / MUT-III Diagnostic Malaysia
Pajero Sport supports standard OBD-II for basic fault codes. For full Mitsubishi-specific diagnostics (DPF forced regeneration, injector coding, Super Select 4WD system, S-MCS active stability control, immobiliser), MUT-III (Mitsubishi's factory scan tool) or compatible aftermarket tools (Launch X431, Autel MaxiSys) are required. DPF forced regeneration via MUT-III is the workshop solution when the DPF warning light does not clear after a highway run. Injector replacement requires serial-number coding to the ECU.
