Honda Jazz CVT Fluid Change Malaysia — GK5 Guide
Honda Jazz GK5 CVT uses Honda HCF-2 fluid. Change every 40,000 km to prevent judder. Signs of worn fluid and Malaysia workshop costs.
Jazz GK5 uses a CVT (Multi-Matic) transmission paired with Honda HMMF (Hydraulic Multi-matic Fluid). HMMF is specific to the Jazz/Fit CVT — do not substitute HCF-2 or generic CVT fluid.
HMMF service guide
HMMF only — not interchangeable with HCF-2. Capacity: approx. 5.5L drain-and-fill. Interval: every 40,000 km or 3 years. Jazz CVT judder at 30–50 km/h on light throttle is the classic sign of neglected HMMF. Cost: RM220–300 including fluid and labour at our workshop.
