BMW X4 CBS Reset Malaysia
CBS tracks oil, brake fluid, brake pads, vehicle check, microfilter. Transfer case and ATF fluid NOT tracked by CBS — set independent reminders at 60,000 km. Reset via ISTA or iDrive after service. Malaysia ISTA reset RM 80–120. Never let CBS and fluid changes both lapse simultaneously.

CBS Covers Less Than You Think
BMW's CBS monitors engine oil, brake pads, brake fluid, coolant age, and spark plugs. It does NOT monitor: automatic transmission fluid, transfer case fluid, differential fluid, or air suspension fluid. Many X4 owners discover overdue drivetrain fluids only at 80,000+ km when symptoms appear.
