Case 2: Polo 6C 1.2T — DQ200 Mechatronic (72,000 km)
Polo 6C 1.2T, 72,000 km: DSG warning lamp, intermittent refusal to engage. VCDS: mechatronic temperature error and adaptation failure. Fluid never changed. Mechatronic replaced (RM 4,200) + fluid (RM 380). After: fully smooth. Lesson: 72,000 km with original fluid caused the failure. Polo 6C owners — DSG fluid is not lifetime, change it every 40,000 km.
