Toyota C-HR Brake Fluid Replacement Malaysia
Replace every 2 years, DOT 3 spec. C-HR brake-by-wire is particularly sensitive to degraded brake fluid quality.
Change brake fluid every 2 years regardless of mileage — Toyota DOT 3 or DOT 4. On a hybrid with regenerative braking, the hydraulic brake system activates less frequently but still needs fresh fluid to maintain boiling point integrity.
Brake Fluid Service
- Full brake fluid flush (all 4 corners): RM 100–150
- Use brake fluid tester to check moisture: above 3% water content = replace immediately
