Proton X70 Timing Belt / Chain Malaysia

Proton X70 1.8T TGDI uses a timing CHAIN — not a belt. Chains are lifetime items under normal maintenance. No scheduled replacement needed. If the engine makes a rattle on cold start, suspect stretched chain or worn tensioner (RM 800–1,500 to service).
