718 standard steel: 340mm front. Replace with pads. Malaysia OEM RM 1,000–1,800/axle. GT4 RS: 408mm front steel or optional PCCB. PCCB ceramic: no replacement unless cracked — ceramic pads only (RM 2,500–5,000/axle for pads). Avoid hard braking when discs are cold — ceramic PCCB can crack under extreme thermal shock.
