Perodua Myvi Power Steering Malaysia
EPS — no fluid. Very light car: EPS motor least stressed. Older Myvi Gen 1 may have hydraulic steering fluid. Gen 2/3: full EPS. Malaysia EPS replacement (rare) RM 800–1,500.

- EPS (electric power steering) — no fluid needed. EPS motor issues: heavy steering, warning light (RM 500–900 to replace)
Myvi EPS — Electric Power Steering
The 3rd gen Myvi uses Electric Power Steering (EPS) — there is no power steering fluid to change. The EPS is maintenance-free under normal use. Common issues: EPS warning light (usually a sensor calibration fault, resolvable by steering lock-to-lock with ignition on), intermittent heavy steering (often low battery voltage causing EPS to reduce assist). If the EPS warning persists, a Perodua scanner can read the specific fault code.
