Myvi 1.3L NR-VE: 3.5L capacity. Myvi 1.5L: 3.8L. Use 0W-20 or 5W-30 fully synthetic. Change every 5,000 km. Perodua service centre: RM 80–130 full synthetic. Third-party: RM 70–110.

Perodua officially recommends 0W-20 fully synthetic for the NR-VE engine. In Malaysia's heat, 5W-30 SN is an acceptable alternative if 0W-20 is unavailable — but avoid 10W-40 or thicker grades as they increase cold-start wear on this engine. Always check the SM/SN/SP API rating on the label. Change every 5,000 km; do not stretch to 10,000 km in Malaysian driving conditions.
