Nissan Latio Workshop Cases Malaysia — 4M Car Care
Real cases from our Bandar Sri Damansara workshop: (1) Latio N17, 95,000 km — CVT shudder at low speed, CVT fluid had never been changed, dark brown fluid drained, full NS-3 flush performed, shudder resolved on test drive. (2) Latio N17, 110,000 km — rough idle and hesitation at low speeds, throttle body heavily carboned, full removal and clean restored smooth idle, idle relearn completed. (3) Latio N17, 130,000 km — PCV hose cracked, causing blue smoke on startup and oil burning smell, hose replaced and valve cover gasket also found seeping and replaced. (4) Latio N17, 88,000 km — rear suspension bouncy on bumps, both rear shock absorbers replaced, ride quality significantly improved.
Latio HR16DE Full Refresh — Kepong
A 2010 Latio at 110,000 km came in for a comprehensive refresh. CVT fluid was dark and contaminated — performed double drain-and-fill with NS-2. Engine oil change, new spark plugs (NGK iridium), air filter, cabin filter, brake fluid flush, and front brake pads replaced. A/C system recharged with R134a. Post-service, the owner reported the car drove noticeably smoother and the A/C was significantly colder — like a new car feel.
