Nissan Latio CVT Fluid Malaysia — NS-3 Essential Guide
CVT fluid is the single most critical maintenance item on the Latio N17. Use Nissan NS-3 CVT fluid exclusively — generic ATF is incompatible and will damage the CVT belt and pulleys. Change every 40,000 km. Signs of CVT trouble: shudder or vibration at low speed, hesitation when pulling away, whining sound under load. Given the Latio's age, many units have never had CVT fluid changed — this is the first thing to check and service on any used Latio.
