The Accord TC10 1.5T and CP/CU 2.4L both use front sway bars. The TC10 in particular benefits from a Type One upgrade — its turbo engine and slightly nose-heavy layout means firm cornering instils real confidence.
Bushing wear and Type One upgrade for Accord
OEM bushing clunk on CP/CU typically appears after 120,000 km; TC10 around 90,000 km. Replacement– including labour. Type One Accord bar: noticeably tightens cornering feel, reduces understeer.
