Some F25 X3 owners complain of heavy steering when manoeuvring in car parks — especially when the AWD system is actively engaged. If the steering feels heavy only in car parks (not at speed), test whether releasing the throttle slightly while steering reduces resistance — if yes, it is xDrive binding, not EPS failure.
