F25 front disc 300mm; G01 front 348mm (M Sport 370mm). Replace disc and pads together at wear limit. Malaysia aftermarket discs RM 300–600/pair front. OEM RM 600–1,000/pair. Confirm X3 size before ordering — different from 3 Series.

SUV Disc Stress
The X3's higher centre of gravity means more weight transfer to the front during braking — front discs do proportionally more work than on a sedan. Inspect front discs at every pad change. Minimum disc thickness is stamped on the disc edge — if at minimum, replace. Never fit new pads to a disc at minimum thickness.
