F39 front disc 312mm standard (M Sport 340mm). U10 similar. Replace disc and pads together at wear limit. Compact crossover smaller brakes = lower cost than X3. Malaysia aftermarket discs RM 250–500/pair front; OEM RM 500–800/pair.

Surface Rust and Disc Life in Malaysia
High humidity in Malaysia means brake discs surface-rust quickly after rain or overnight — this is normal and clears within a few applications of the brakes. Concern yourself with disc minimum thickness (stamped on disc edge), deep radial grooves and warping felt as pedal pulsation. On the X2, always replace brake pads and discs as a pair when either is at the wear limit. Using aftermarket coated discs (Brembo, DBA) reduces surface rust significantly.
