1. Oil and all fluids (engine oil, coolant, brake fluid, washer fluid).
2. Tyre pressure and tread — don't forget the spare.
3. Brake pads and brake condition.
4. Battery condition, to avoid being stranded.
5. All lights working.
6. Aircond cooling well (important for long trips).
7. Wipers and washer fluid.
