The Toyota Vellfire — spanning the ANH20/25 (2.4L), GGH20/25/30/35 (3.5L V6), and AGH30/35 (2.5L) generations from 2008 to 2020 — is a prestige MPV that doubles as a family hauler and a status symbol on Malaysian roads. PPPB 35807 — Front Lower Arm Bushing Kit: Both front lower control arms on the Vellfire use rubber bushings to locate the arm against the subframe. As these bushings degrade, the arm gains unwanted movement — translating to a vague steering centre, a slight pull under braking, and a clunk over sharp bumps. PPPB 35807 replaces the factory rubber with precision-formed polyurethane that holds geometry tighter throughout the arm's travel arc, restoring the planted, unhurried feel that makes the Vellfire special.

The Vellfire tips the scales at over 1,900 kg with a full V6 drivetrain. That mass amplifies every force acting through the front suspension — cornering loads, braking loads, and the constant micro-corrections the steering makes at highway speed. Factory rubber bushings are engineered to absorb vibration at the cost of some compliance; over time that compliance becomes slop. Polyurethane's firmer durometer means less deflection under load, which translates to a more direct steering response, better straight-line tracking, and a noticeably more confident feel on the highway — without sacrificing the Vellfire's composure on normal roads.

Any bushing change that affects the front control arm position requires a wheel alignment check. This is not optional — new bushings allow the geometry to settle to its correct position, and the alignment values will shift compared to worn-bushing readings. A full four-wheel alignment after installation ensures the Vellfire tracks straight, preserves tyre wear, and gives you the full benefit of the upgrade.
