Wheel Alignment on Malaysian Roads
Malaysia's potholes and road humps knock wheels out of alignment regularly. Signs: car pulling to one side, uneven tyre wear, off-centre steering wheel. 4-wheel alignment costs RM 70–120 at most workshops. Do it every 20,000 km or after hitting a significant pothole. For X50/X70/X90 with wider 17-inch tyres, misalignment causes expensive premature tyre wear — alignment is especially important.
