Alza Case Study — CVT Service, Cheras
A 2022 Alza Gen2 AV with 48,000 km came in from Cheras reporting CVT judder at 20–40 km/h in city traffic, especially noticeable with full 7-seat load during school runs. The original Perodua D-CVT fluid had never been changed (dealership service only did oil changes). Performed two cycles of Perodua-spec D-CVT fluid drain and fill, plus engine oil change (0W-20), cabin filter and air filter replacement. CVT judder resolved completely after the second fluid cycle. Owner educated on 40,000 km D-CVT fluid interval — set up for next service reminder.
