Malaysia's Mazda3 BP (2.0L and 1.5L SkyActiv-G) does not include M Hybrid — the 24V BISG system was not part of the local market spec. In Japan and Europe, select Mazda3 variants use M Hybrid to reduce alternator load. Malaysia Mazda3 owners benefit from SkyActiv-G's native high-compression efficiency (14:1 compression ratio) without MHEV addition.
