Mazda CX-90 PHEV Alternator / Generator Malaysia

CX-90 PHEV does NOT have a conventional belt-driven alternator. Instead, the front electric motor-generator (MGU) serves as the generator when the ICE runs. 12V charging is handled through a DC-DC converter from the HV battery. No alternator belt to inspect. If 12V charging warning appears, the DC-DC converter or HV system requires diagnosis — dealer-only service.
